Rotary die cutting unit
Our rotary die cutting unit and laser die cutting machines were first developed to work in the label sector, but now are used also in converting sector.
Standard repeat length of our die cutting unit 330 mm:
- from 6 to 11 inches
- from 8 to 25 inches
Characteristics of our die cutting units:
- For full cut, half cut and precut
- It is possible to employ: magnetic cylinder with flexible dies/solid rotary dies
- Can be used in many sectors and with different materials, such as paper, plastic, adhesives, double sided tapes etc…
- Optional: independent motorization with automatic register, modular positioning and ease insertion-removal of the unit
- We also studied functional solutions for difficult-to-cut materials that cannot in anyway be crushed, folded or excessively wrenched
Thanks to years’ experience in converting sector, we studied functional solutions to recurring problems in the treatment of non-standard substrates. For die cutting difficult-to-cut materials (tough, thick, highly adhesive etc…) we develop new solutions also concerning tension control systems like for example electrostatic conveyor mats and special rewinders and we built custom machine.

Laser rotary die cutting machine: LASER 300
This laser die cutting machine is studied to work reel to reel or sheet fed with specific grills (net and longitudinal). It can die cut difficult-to-cut materials (tough, thick, highly adhesive materials etc…) thanks to the combination of laser cutting and tension control systems like electrostatic conveyor mat and nip rolls. Multiple unwinders and rewinders give the possibility to couple different materials and find the optimal solution for any job. Fast job preparation, also thanks to laser system’s software, and possibility to work with job details loaded from a file; it is possible to save any work configuration (including unwinder/rewinder tensions, die cutting repeat length and production speed) so that you can reuse it in future.
